• Added PIN code request when trying to view license information (if PIN code is setup).
• Added TV DB user settings under "Settings" -> "IMDB" -> "TV DB settings".
• Added new tags for IMDB template: <tmdbCoverUrl>, <tvBannerUrl>.
• Fixed few leeching problems.
• Other small improvements and fixes.
